As a child I was a wild one. I was always outside playing, running everywhere, and getting into mischief. To some people this wouldn't seem like a favorite childhood memory, but it's just so hilarious to me that it IS my favorite childhood memory.
When I was 5 years old, I had long black hair down to my bottom. My best friend at the time was my neighbor, Candy, and she had long platinum blond hair down to her bottom. Well, one day we were really bored and couldn't find anything to do. We had gone through every room in my house, climbed every tree in our yards, went down to the creek looking for frogs and toads, and we even went and played with our other neighbors farm animals and we ended up in our fort in my backyard right next to our garden. As we were sitting there thinking of what to do, I noticed from the corner of my eye, something that was fire-truck red. It was my dad's giant garden scissors.
I went and grabbed then and said, "Let's play barber shop!"
In our backyard we had trees that had a pine cone shaped body on the top of a branch and on the every tip of the pine cone looking thing were long green pine leaf looking things, they were our costumers!
We were so excited, but of course, we later on got bored and wanted something else to cut. So Candy said, "I'll cut your hair, don't move!" so we played barber shop with one another. I remember her cutting one chunk of my hair at a time; I watched it fly down slowly to the ground, like snow. Every cut she made caused our smiles to get bigger. Once she was done my hair was all uneven, my bangs started from my eyebrows and the other sides of my bangs were about 2 inches higher. The back of my hair looked like a roller-coaster, a never ending roller-coaster.
Soon it was Candy's turn, and the same thing happened hair fell to the floor like snow, every cut of hair made our smiles bigger, and our haircuts were like never ending roller-coasters. We finally finished and we went inside to watch some TV. As I walked in my mother walked past me and a double-take resulted. She saw what had been done; her first instinct was to cry and then came the thunder. She was mad because, my long hair was gone! Candy's mother reacted the same way. Luckily, Candy's mother worked at a salon and was able to "fix" our hair. The only thing Candy’s mother could do was make our hair boy-cut short. So from that day on, Candy and I never played with garden scissors again, plus, I wasn't allowed to touch scissors for a long time.

A Dark Rainy Day
Well, since every year in the winter, and couple of my friends and I get together on a day like this. We bring all of our quads, trucks, and maybe our dogs. The guys bring the football, and we girls decide where we're going to go. We mostly just show up at Mudd Creek. Once we get there all 16 of us take turns racing on our quads in the mudd, while it's raining. It is the best thing to do when it's raining. If someones quad gets stuck in the mudd then we simply pull them out with someones truck.
The best part about this day is when every one is tired of racing each other; we play boys vs. girls’ mudd football. Which I think is the best, because we girls MAY seem very girlie and weak, but we sure can kick some butt at mudd boggin' football. Every time it rains I just think of the times we all went down to Mudd Creek to have some fun in the mudd.

My Three Famous Friends
The first thing that I would want to talk about is of course how does Criss his magic. Then I'm sure that i would, more then likely, ask him to perform some magic for us. Then our subject would change to Angelina, and we'd talk about her new baby, her life, and all of the movies that he's been in. Than third, I would HAVE to change the subject to Jay, and of course I'd go off about how gorgeous and beautiful i think he is and that...well....I love him, and that I'm glad that they all could join me for dinner.
Our dinner would have a varities of food. I probably would have a lot of food out like my mother always does. We only have five people on our family, yet she cooks for twenty. Well the varity of food would be from Indian, Mexican, Asian, to Italian food.
Jay Hernandez is one of my favorite actors becuase I think that he is absolutely gorgeous (and he will be my "future" husband), and I love his acting. I haven't seen all of his movies, but I have seen most of them. he has played in; my favorite movie of them all, Crazy/Beautiful, Joy Ride, The Rookie, Torque, Ladder 49, Friday Night Lights, Hostel, Carlito's Way, and the t.v. show 6 Degrees.
As for Angelina Jolie, she is my number one favorite actress. Most people don't like her just becuase they think she is fake, and becuase she took Brad Pitt, but I'm sorry to those who might disagree with me, but I think that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt make a wonderful couple. Anyways, I love her acting, she's beautiful, and is awesome. Out of her movies I have seen; Foxfire, Gia, Girl Interrupted, Gone In Sixty Seconds, Lara Croft: Tomd Raider, Life or Something Like It, Lara Croft Tomd Raider: The Craddle of Life, Beyond Borders, Taking Lives, Shark Tale, Alexander, Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
And last but not least, David Blaine. I just love his magic. I think that his magic is the best out of all the other magicians. I also liek how he travels around the world and shows people his magic.

Reading Reactions: "When Words Get in the Way"
Mr. Vought
In high school I was afraid to take Economy, because I'm really bad similar subjects. I was terrified, but it was required to take Economy, and my teacher was Mr. Vought. Mr. Vought was the BEST teacher ever. He made Econ so much fun and not only that but no one looked at him like he was a teacher, students looked at him as a friend. He would always be joking around, calling people funny nicknames. I got two nicknames from Mr. Vought, Prisilla Queen of the Desert, and Poo-Poo! Pretty funny, none of the students took the names as a bad thing; we knew Mr. Vought was just kidding around. Also, Mr. Vought and another teacher of mine, Mrs. Besnard would always have little fights with one another. Mr. Vought would go into Mrs. Besnard’s class and take all of her dry-eraser pens, or go as far as "stealing" her podium.
When Mrs. Besnard wanted to get back at him, she would come over and take his FAVORITE poster of
I had an $18 dollar fee to pay, and all the seniors had to pay their fees or else they wouldn't be able to walk across the stage at graduation. Every senior had to have their fees paid by 3:00 p.m. Of course, of all people I had to find $18 dollars fast. I only had one dollar, I asked all my friends, I even asked people I didn't know if they could donate a dollar to a senior. No one had any money, but then I got the courage to go up and ask a teacher. I saw Mr. Vought and I asked him if he had any money and would he help me pay for my fees. He didn't have any money... but he did let me take money from his "TIPS JAR.” He had a jar in his class called TIPS and everyone would always put change in the jar whenever they felt like it.
Sure enough, I paid all of my fees, with coins! I went back with my friend Katie Romer to thank Mr. Vought, thank you for lending me the money and I told him that I would pay him back, and then Mr. Vought had to make a funny remark, "Well, I'm just glad Poo-Poo that you’re graduating, because MAN, I'm tired of having to see you everyday." And of course, in translation that meant, "You’re Welcome!" Mr. Vought is and always will be my favorite teacher of all time.

Definition of ♥
What is love ♥?
I wouldn't really know what love ♥ is. I've never been in love ♥. Probably because I'm so young at 18 and never been in a relationship.
I really don't know what to say about love ♥...I don't know anything about love ♥. But if I had to give a definition I guess it would be you’re always being kept up all night because you cannot think of anything but your hearts desire, and once you get your hearts desire, it's like your whole again. The only thing that you can think about is that person you love ♥. You always can't stop smiling, you’re always happy, always notice the meaning of love ♥ songs. You can always picture that person’s face in your head. When you’re away from that person for only a second, you feel like your going to die. And if that person loves you back, they feel the same way too.
Love ♥ is having someone, not only as your lover but your best friend. They know everything about you. They know when you’re upset, and they will don anything to make you happy again. When you cry, they cry. When you’re happy, their happy. You both complete one another and know that your soul mates.
HA...yeah, that would have to be my definition of love ♥. And once again, I'm sure most people think otherwise, but like I said, I've never been in love ♥ and that would just be MY idea of love ♥.

What's Worth Fighting For?
But when it came to me crying, becuase I lost my best friend over something so stupid, my whole family was there for me. No one in my family likes to see another family member cry. We're always there for one another and always there to cry on. My family was there for me. And they always have been and always will be. I feel blessed that God gave me a family that cares for me so much. Some people don't get the privlige to HAVE a family that cares for them. That is why I know MY family is worth fighting for.

Who I Admire
There is this person in my life that I deeply admire. Even though he is younger than I, he is the strongest and bravest person I know, and he is my little brother, Matthew Kapu. I love my little brother and if anything ever happened to him, I don't know what I would do. Up until my brother turned 12 he would always be the one running around and playing with all his friends; playing sports, getting hurt and having to go to the hospital for stitches. Once he turned 13 and went into 7th grade at Bidwell Junior High he started getting rashes/hives. At first we thought that maybe it was something at home that was causing him to get hives. So we went to the doctor and asked him to see what he was most allergic to so that we could fix the problem at home. They ended up sticking tiny needles on his back to determine what Matthew was allergic to. He would get scored from a 1 to 4, 4 being the highest (most allergic to) and 1 being the lowest (least allergic to). My brother was one thing: cat and dog fur.
Now this was a little odd to us, because our family has had pets for almost our whole lives! We could not figure out how he could be allergic to them. So, we decided to keep the animals outside just to try it. The following weeks came by and he still would get hives. So we finally started changing our soaps, air fresheners and everything that would possibly make Matthew break out in hives.
As the months went by, Matthew still went to school and had to come home because he had hives. Then one day, when we went to school he ended up in the hospital. His reaction to the hives had gotten so bad that it affected his airway and clogged his breathing, causing him to almost die, and this happened 10 times within 3 months. Now we were a scared. The school suggested that he be put into home schooling. They said that the school would pay for his home school and that he would get all the school’s help that he needed.
The more my brother got sick the more he slept, and the more he slept the more he didn't eat. My brother lost a total of 35lbs. I'm sure that, this was not normal for a 13 year old. My brother wasn't able to play sports outside, enjoy the outdoors, or visit his friends. He was cooped up in our house and unable to do anything but school work, homework and sleep.
I remember one night when my mom went into his room to take him some dinner, she went in and tried to get him to eat, but he was too weak to even sit up. Then my mom came out of his room crying, and I went to comfort her. I asked her what happened and she told me that Matthew had said to her,
"Mom...if I die, can you promise me to never forget me? And whenever you hear my type of music, always remember me. And if I do die, don't be sad, be happy because I will always love you no matter what happens, and even if I'm dead I will always be with you. And when my time comes, don't dress me up in a suit. I want to wear what I always wear, and I want to be buried with my skateboard. I love you."
Once my mom heard him those words she promised but left the room in tears. I don't think that a mother should ever have to hear her 13 year old son say those words.
After Matthew's "episodes" at school, we ended up taking Matthew to the doctors once more to do some more testing. They did, but were unable to find out what causes him to get these "episodes."
Matthew ended up completing his WHOLE 7th grade via home schooling. After being on 10 different pills and having to take them every morning and every night we thought that maybe he would be able to go back to school. The problem was that the doctor recommended that he didn’t have to take P.E. EVER!
When it came time for 8th grade, things were looking better, except one day, he ended up having one of his "episodes." The first thing that Matthew told me was that he didn't want to do home school again. Finally, the doctor found some medication that would help Matthew get ride of the episodes. The only thing was that he would have to take this medication for the rest of his life or at least until he got better. He also had to carry an Em Pi Pin, his inhaler, and the new medication which he had to take once again every morning and every night.
So, we gave it a try and for that week nothing happened to Matthew. We had finally found something that Matthew was able to take to help him. He now, has gained his pounds back, a little on the pudgy side, he now goes outside and plays sports, hangs out with his friends, and does all kinds of the things that he used to do. He is still in 8th grade and is going to be graduating this summer and moving on to
I'm just glad that my little brother was able to be strong, and get through this ordeal. Even though he was really scared because, he was fighting something that could have killed him, but he pulled through! That is why I admire and love my little brother, Matthew Kapu
